Benchmarking can be an effective tool to evaluate material properties, dimensional properties, understand new technologies, create BOMs, decrease costs, validate manufacturing processes and many other factors.
SYSTEMATIC COMPARISON
TEARDOWNS
We have a catalogue of teardowns that have been performed already on existing components,including eMotors, Inverters, DC/DC convertors, On-board chargers and Inductors.
Components from several different major OEMs have been investigated. These results can then be used for cost analysis breakdowns and to optimize design and manufacturing.
TECHNOLOGY & INTELLIGENCE
During the teardown we can perform a full reverse engineering project, detailing factors like dimensions, coil and winding arrangements and material grades. We can then use this information to feed into our Digital Twin simulations.
